JOB TITLE: Office Manager

BASIC FUNCTIONS: The ideal candidate must be exceedingly well organized and experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties, office operations and executive support.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
* Greet and welcome guests/clients
* Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls
* Organize general office operations, policies and procedures
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices to accounting
* Coordinate employee insurance and benefits programs with administrators
* Process employee payroll through ADP online system.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for staff
* Coordinate, schedule and prepare for quarterly Board of Directors meetings
* Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
* Serve as the point person for incoming/outgoing mail, office supplies and building maintenance
* Liaise with IT specialists to resolve technical issues
* Perform other administrative duties as needed
EXPERIENCE: Office management, accounting and human resources experience preferred. The candidate must possess excellent time management and problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize work, exemplify professional written and verbal communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
